We deliver to Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom and other countries available at checkout.
2. Processing and delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, possibly longer for international orders. These are estimates that may be affected by carriers, public holidays or incorrect details.

- Austria: Standard €5.99, Express €9.99
- Germany, France, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom: Standard €8.95
- Other countries: €17.00
- Free standard shipping on orders of €35 or more to Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom

4. Delivery address
Please provide a complete and correct address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect details; costs for re-delivery may be charged.
5. Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland), customs duties and import charges may apply and are payable by the recipient.
6. Late, missing or damaged delivery
If your order has not arrived on time, write to us with your order number at support@is-par.com. Please report transport damage within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
