Withdrawal & returns

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Vifron GmbH, Helene-Thimig-Weg 9, 1230 Vienna, Austria, email: support@is-par.com) of your decision by a clear statement, e.g. by email. Please state your order number and full name. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

2. Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them back.

3. Returns

  • Please contact us at support@is-par.com before returning anything; we will give you the return address. Do not send goods back without authorisation.
  • Send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal.
  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered. We recommend tracked shipping.
  • You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used grout products generally cannot be resold. Where possible, please return goods unopened and in their original packaging.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please report this within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging, to support@is-par.com. After review, we will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Note on colour

Colours may vary depending on the screen, lighting, tile colour, substrate and thickness of application. Please see our Grout Colour Guide.
