1. Provider

These terms apply to orders in the online shop is-par.com. The provider is Vifron GmbH, Helene-Thimig-Weg 9, 1230 Vienna, Austria, email: support@is-par.com.

2. Products

We sell ready-to-use grout repair kits for DIY use. Colours may vary depending on the screen, lighting, tile colour and thickness of application. Please check before purchase whether the product is suitable for your project.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation in the shop is a non-binding offer. By placing your order you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or dispatch. We may reject or cancel orders for objective reasons, e.g. price or stock errors, payment problems or suspected misuse; amounts already paid will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros. Payment is due when the order is placed. The price at the time of the order applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery, withdrawal, returns

6. Use of the products

Please follow the application instructions. The result depends, among other things, on substrate preparation, application and drying conditions. We are not liable for unsatisfactory results caused by improper use or unsuitable substrates.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence do not provide otherwise.

9. Dispute resolution

Consumers may contact a recognised dispute resolution body, e.g. the Internet Ombudsman (www.ombudsmann.at).
